RENDCOR GmbH is an Austrian Joint Venture between the Development Bank of Austria (OeEB) and ILF Consulting Engineers – an Austrian based internationally active engineering and consulting firm. Our corporate objective is to develop mid-sized renewable energy projects in emerging market countries and to enable investors to participate in green and profitable energy projects. The company was founded in 2017 and is led by a founding team that combines extensive experience in the areas of banking and international project development with a strong focus on renewable energy investments in emerging countries.
Clemens has more than 10 years of experience in managing M&A-transactions and Private Equity investments. His focus is on managing the development and funding of renewable energy projects. He has an outstanding track record in hydro-, wind-, and pv-solar power projects. His renewable energy portfolio covers regional markets of Southeast Asia, being the geographic focus of RENDCOR, as well as the Caucasus and the MENA region.
In 2007 Clemens became member to the bar in Munich and holds a PhD degree in law, with thematic specialization in the energy markets.
Having worked as investment manager, lawyer and corporate finance advisor, Clemens has an extensive network among international investors and financing institutions in the infrastructure sector. He is also in the Advisory Committee of two Private Equity Funds.
Alexander has 20 years of experience in the management, preparation, development and implementation of large scale, complex international infrastructure and energy projects for private developers as well as public entities.
He has a Master of Science degree in civil engineering and an outstanding track record in managing international companies and networking with the financing community.
His project portfolio includes large scale international renewable energy projects of individual sizes of up to more than 1,000 MW. His regional experience covers emerging and development markets in Southeast Asia and Africa.
Michael is Finance Director and part of the management team of RENDCOR. Additionally, he manages Private Equity Funds in the renewable energy business with focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
Before joining RENDCOR, Michael headed the European finance renewable energy team of ContourGlobal, where he worked on mergers & acquisitions, financing transactions and plant operations. In his earlier career, he worked for Raiffeisen as Managing Director for the renewable energy business with focus on project development and project operations in Germany, Slovakia and Austria.
Michael is an engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in economics and finance management. He has 10 years of experience in the field of green energy projects.
Daniel has more than 20 years of Project Management Consulting and Project Management Development experience in the fields of structural engineering and large scale, complex international infrastructure and energy projects for private developers as well as public entities, in which he was involved in all project phases – right from the initial idea through to implementation, commissioning and operation.
His portfolio covers a wide range of projects in the sectors of renewable energy, oil and gas, city development, hydropower, as well as energy design, especially in Southeast Asia and Southeast Europe.
Daniel has a Master of Science in civil engineering from Technical University of Innsbruck Austria and a long track record of management positions in various SPVs, developing buildings and renewable energy projects.
Cornelia has joined the team as Finance Manager and has profound knowledge related to finance, asset and risk management. She is operating in all finance matters of project development and daily business. Additionally, she works on renewable energy projects with a geographic focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, Caucasus and the MENA region.
Cornelia studied international business administration in Vienna and holds a master's degree in quantitative asset and risk management.
Andreas has 7 years of experience in project development, planning and consulting services with a focus on renewable energy and project development. In the last years Andreas has gained substantial insight in hydropower project development in Laos and negotiated several joint development agreements with local partners.
He holds a master' degree in Civil Engineering.
His specialization lies in project development, consulting and engineering. He has an extensive network in the SEA region with developers and investors.
Oskar has more than 10 years of experience in international infrastructure, real estate and energy projects. Before joining RENDCOR he worked many years for a leading European construction company and gained expertise in project development and the execution of projects in Europe, CEE, Russia and the Middle East in key leading roles.
He holds a Master of Engineering from UMIST UK and a Master of Science of Technical University of Graz Austria and various certificates from renown academic institutions.
His specialization lies in structuring processes for project development and financing as well as in business consulting services.
